Terms and Conditions

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all services, sales and products traded in Colombia by the company Caltiau & Gutiérrez S.A.S, identified with NIT number 900.615.761-1, hereinafter the seller (Baw Thai Spa Boutique), destined for natural and legal persons, hereinafter the client.

The purpose of the general conditions of sale is to inform our clients of the terms and conditions in which the seller provides their services, products, sales of gift cards, time cards, Gold cards and sales in general.

We also inform you of the general conditions that apply to reservations made directly at the seller’s facilities, by landline, cell phone, WhatsApp, text messages, emails, among others.

Any client who makes a purchase or makes a reservation by the previously mentioned means to the seller, will imply an essentially decisive and essential condition of acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

1. Sale prices

The prices published by the Seller on its website www.bawthaispa.com are in Colombian Pesos and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of purchase, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of services, products offered for sale by the seller.

2. Use of online and face-to-face purchases

  1. Gift and time cards (whether 6 or 10 hours) are valid for one (1) year from the day of purchase, so they must be redeemed no later than the last day of validity, depending on the date written in the validity of the card.
  2. The Gold member card is valid for one year from the day of purchase, so its benefits will expire the day after the date written on the card’s validity.
  3. The loyalty card is valid for one year from the day of its acquisition, for which its advantage will expire the day after the date written on the validity of the card. The 1H traditional Thai massage that the loyalty card holder can claim by completing 10 stickers, will have to be paid within one year of validity of the card.
  4. Todas las compras realizadas para hacer uso de cualquiera de los servicios de Baw Thai Spa tendrán una vigencia de 1 año a partir del día de la compra, por lo cual deben ser redimidas a más tardar en su último día de validez según su fecha de compra reflejada en la factura.

✓ The different cards offered by the seller, whether gift, hours, Gold and loyalty are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be passed from one person to another, be it family or friends.

✓ In the event of expiration, the gift, hour, Gold and loyalty cards will lose their validity and can no longer be redeemed or used; the value paid or the advantages offered, will be in favor of the seller.

The client’s personal data will be incorporated into a database of which the seller agrees not to transfer it to third parties..

It is expressly recognized that all stored data that is entered by any of the users of the system is the property of the seller.

5. Reservations and Cancellation Policies

  1. The validity of a reservation is conditioned to the payment of 100% in advance of the value of the requested service.
  2. The cancellation of a reservation can be made up to 24 hours before the start time of the contracted service so as not to lose the right to claim the service.
  3. If you do not show up for your reservation or have not made the cancellation or rescheduling of the reserved service at least 24 hours in advance, the service will be understood as taken and will not give rise to refunds, returns or rescheduling.
  4. We appreciate showing up at least 15 minutes before your reservation to be able to start the contracted service at the agreed time. Any delay may have an impact on the time of the reserved service.
  5. In the event of not having been able to show up for your reservation or not having canceled your reservation at least 24 hours in advance due to a situation of force majeure or fortuitous event, the holder of the reservation may send a request for exoneration in the following 15 business days to your appointment for the purchase to be re-activated, writing to the following email: contacto@bawthaispa.com, where you tell us what happened and attaching the support(s) of the case of force majeure.

6. Returns and cancellations

The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for gift, hour and Gold cards purchased, among others.

The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the purchase of the product and/or service.

The client must return the product and service to the seller by the same means and in the same conditions in which he received it from the seller.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is used, the seller will refund the money that the client paid.
