It is a decontracting massage performed on a tatami futon at ground level (Japanese bed, mattress). Cotton pajamas will be provided, and the technique used will be acupressure, acupuncture, and stretches, better known as (assisted yoga). This massage is carried out from the tip of the big toe up to the crown of the head; it is dry and oils are not applied.
